At Hawaiian Shaved Ice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home shaving equipment and syrups. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct warehouse return address.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused shaved ice machines or unopened syrups back into their original shipping boxes, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix your shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your preferred carrier; we recommend using a trackable service for your protection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
